My recent stay at B&B Yeguada La Parrilla exceeded all my expectations, something that is quite rare in my extensive travel experiences. The serene rural location, with its charming horses and friendly dog, provided a peaceful escape just a stone's throw from El Escorial's magnificent Monasterio de San Lorenzo. I was particularly impressed with the staff's attentiveness; They not only returned documents I accidentally left behind but were also unfailingly polite and helpful throughout my stay. the continental breakfast, which featured absolutely delightful freshly squeezed orange juice, was a perfect start to each day.
